The Village of Williamsville is updating its Comprehensive Plan to guide growth, investment, and preservation over the coming years. Building on the 2010 Community Plan, this update reflects the community’s evolving needs and priorities, with a focus on balancing Main Street revitalization, neighborhood preservation, and enhanced green and recreational spaces. The plan will take a community-driven approach, informed by Neighborhood Visioning Forums and input from residents and stakeholders. When complete, it will provide a roadmap to manage development pressures, strengthen economic vitality, support housing choice, and integrate sustainability and climate resilience measures — ensuring Williamsville remains vibrant, connected, and true to its historic character.
